McGregor cites corruption in Brazil and accuses Aldo of doping: 'Test this guy!'

Irishman recalled the rival's controversial test episode that ended in the extradition of a collector and said he will continue to demand rigor in exams

With more than three months to go before the long-awaited duel for the unification of the featherweight belts, the weather is already quite hot between José Aldo e Conor McGregor. After almost got into a fight with Aldo during a face-off At a press conference last Friday (4), McGregor accused the Brazilian of using banned substances and also cited corruption in Brazil during his attacks.

I submit to the test, he doesn't, so test this guy!” said the Irishman, in an interview with the “Combate” channel website, remembering the controversial episode of a Brazilian test that ended in extradition from the North American collector.

The loudmouth also said he won't tone it down until the day of the fight against Aldo and promised even more severe charges for surprise anti-doping tests. “I hope so (that he is tested), he has to be. Let's see...I've already been tested by the Nevada Athletic Commission, but I believe the UFC is still trying to understand how things will work. Aldo should be tested right now, here in Las Vegas or throughout this period, and if it hasn't happened yet, it's shameful! Let's see, I'll make a point of asking if he was tested or not”, he guaranteed.

After months of provocation, José Aldo e Conor McGregor finally meet in the octagon on December 12th, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas (USA). On that date, the Irishman, interim champion of the featherweight category, will face the Brazilian, holder of the straight title, in a duel valid for the unification of the belts in the under-66 kg division in the main fight of UFC 194.
