In addition to the fight for the vacant middleweight belt between Russian Ilyas Khamzin and American AJ Weathersby as the main attraction, the event will also feature the debut of the experienced Uriah Hall.

Famoso for plastic blows and devastating knockouts, the Jamaican striker who played for the UFC between 2013 and 2022 is known as 'Ambulance Man', for his ability to send opponents to the hospital.

But his first experience in the organization's pit won't be easy. Hall will face the equally dangerous Markus 'Maluco' Perez. A former LFA champion who also had a stint in the UFC, the São Paulo native often dons Batman's archrival makeup during weigh-ins and face-offs to intimidate opponents, earning him the nickname 'Brazilian Joker.'

"I like (Uriah) Hall. I respect him a lot as an athlete and have rooted for him many times in the UFC because I've always admired his fighting style. But the moment he signed the contract and agreed to fight me, it was time to rip his head off. It couldn't be any different," Perez said.

Another Brazilian confirmed for the card is Rafael Alves, from Pará. Undefeated in three fights and with highly technical and aggressive performances that went viral on social media, he will face former UFC fighter Luís 'Violent Bob Ross' Peña.

More fights on the card will be revealed in the coming days. In Brazil, Karate Combat can be watched live on the organization's official YouTube channel, as well as on UFC Fight Pass Brazil. Check out the app's programming schedule.
