Days after being defeated by Mike Malott No. UFC Vancouver, Kevin holland still feels the effects of the fight against the Canadian, but perhaps not in the way he expected. Despite losing by unanimous decision, the fight took an unexpected turn in the second round after the American was hit by a heavy blow to the genital area and a doctor's stoppage was considered.

In posts on X (formerly Twitter) in recent days, the veteran answered questions from followers and made it clear that he was still suffering the after-effects of Malott's attack.
“Man, what are you talking about, bro, you kicked an STD in my d**k. My balls are still throbbing.
I never thought I would ask my mom to take me for an ultrasound,” said the trailblazer, who has competed in almost 30 fights in the world’s largest MMA organization.

Kevin Holland is not having a good time in the UFC
With five fights in 2025 alone, Holland has been one of the most frequent fighters in the UFC since his debut in 2018, competing against the best names in the middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) and welterweight (up to 77,1 kg) divisions. However, the athlete's recent record has been far from positive. In his last six appearances, he has left the octagon defeated on four occasions.
