Heading towards his first title defense in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2kg), Tom Aspinall expresses great confidence for his first-ever fight against Ciryl Gane in the octagon. The fighters, who headline UFC 321, will face off this Saturday (25) in Abu Dhabi and the Englishman is currently considered the big favorite by bookmakers.
Having never reached the judges' decision in his career with the organization and responsible for knocking out six of the nine opponents he faced in the octagon, the Englishman does not hesitate to say that the title challenger is in trouble when the gates close.

“If you’re human and I hit you in the face with all my might, you’re finished. And that goes for Ciryl Gane . It’s going to be a tough job avoiding that punch for 25 minutes,” Aspinall declared in an interview with the UFC.
Riding a three-fight winning streak, Tom knocked out Marcin Tybura , Sergei Pavlovich , and Curtis Blaydes in his most recent UFC victories. With immense power in his hands, the athlete managed to neutralize his opponents in the first round, all within the first minute of the fight.
On the other hand, Gane has never been knocked out by any rival in his MMA career. In his losses to Francis Ngannou and Jon Jones , the Frenchman was defeated on points and by submission, respectively. In search of winning the linear belt, the Frenchman returns to fight this Saturday (25), in the main event of UFC 321.
