UFC Vancouver standout raises his voice and challenges Khamzat Chimaev and Dricus Du Plessis: 'Where are you?'

After dominating Reinier De Ridder in the main event, Brendan Allen sets his sights on the division's biggest names and asks for a shot at the middleweight title.

Brendan allen feels he's ready for the top of the Ultimate. The American was called up at the last minute to face Reinier DeRidder in the main fight do UFC Vancouver, held last Saturday (11), and dominated the Dutchman until he gave up in the fourth round. Now, 'All In' aims at the champion Khamzat Shimaev.

In an interview with Daniel Cormier, still in the octagon, Brendan allen extolled his youth and level of grappling to challenge Khamzat Shimaev. The American also extended his challenge to Dricus du Plessis, if the Chechen is not available.

“Chimaev, you want a good grappler? You want someone young and hungry? Come get him. If it’s not you, Dricus, where are you? I’ve been trying to get you for a while now,” he said. Brendan allen.

Brendan allen was called for the main fight of the UFC Vancouver to replace anthony hernandezDespite having little preparation time compared to his rival, the American gave the Dutchman no chance and guarantees that, when he's focused, he's the best fighter in the world.

"It was three and a half weeks of training, and I did it off the couch. Three and a half weeks... I said I'm a different beast. When my head's on straight and I'm focused, I'm the best in the world," the American noted.

Despite the desire to face Khamzat Shimaev for the middleweight title (83,9 kg), the American probably won't get the chance right away, as his competitors are Nassourdine Imavov, current number one in the ranking, and anthony hernandez, owner of the longest active winning streak in the division, and both recently beat him in the UFC.
