Canadian Jourdain delighted the home crowd. In the bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg), the athlete overwhelmed the Englishman. 'Air' rocked Grant with a flying knee and, on the ground, finished him with a tight guillotine. This was the fighter's second consecutive victory.

Dober, meanwhile, faced Prepolec at lightweight (up to 70,3 kg) and had to overcome his opponent. While the American was far superior in the first round, he saw the Canadian grow in the fight from the second round onward. To make matters worse, the veteran fought with a bleeding shin and saw the referee deduct a point from him in the third round due to the number of illegal strikes he landed on his opponent.

Determined to win without needing the judges, the athlete went on the attack and ended up winning, knocking out his opponent in front of his home crowd. Despite the loss, Prepolec also took home $50.
