The UFC lands in Rio de Janeiro this Saturday (11) to provide Brazilian fans with a great event packed with Brazilian representatives. Despite illustrious presences throughout the card, attention is focused on Charles of the Bronx. The former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) faces the Polish Mateusz gamrot in the main event, a duel that could create unforgettable moments for Brazilian MMA. Despite having previously reigned in the division, the São Paulo native is only a slight favorite among bookmakers.

Returning to the octagon just months after being brutally knocked out by Ilia Topuria No. UFC 317, Charles of the Bronx has the opportunity to get back into the winning column in front of Brazilian fans. Originally, Leão Embaçado was going to fight with Raphael Fiziev, but the Kazakh was forced to withdraw from the fight after a knee injury. In this context, Mateusz gamrot accepted the challenge with just a few weeks' notice to compete for a spot in the top 5 of MMA's most populous division.
The odds for both players indicate a strong balance. While the Brazilian is the underdog by a small margin, with odds of 1,91, the Pole isn't far behind at 1,89. Despite having victories against some of the sport's greatest names, recent history may be influencing bettors.
Deiveson Figueiredo (3,40) x Montel Jackson (1,32)

While there's balance in the night's final attraction, the same can't be said for the co-main event. Former flyweight king (up to 56,7 kg), Deiveson Figueiredo is a big underdog in the duel against Montel Jackson, valid for the bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg). While the American pays only 1,32, those who trust in a triumph for the God of War can walk away with more than triple the amount wagered.
Vicente Luque (5,50) x Joel Alvarez (1,16)

Originally scheduled to compete against Santiago Ponzinibbio, Vincent Luque will be the first opponent of Joel alvarez in the welterweight division (up to 77,1 kg) after Argentina's Gente Boa withdrew from the card. Despite having more experience in the UFC, the Silent Assassin is the second biggest underdog of the night. If the Brazilian wins, bettors will earn more than five times their initial stake. The Spaniard's odds are just 1,16.
