Scheduled to perform one of the most anticipated fights of the night, Jiri Prochazka e Khalil rountree did not disappoint, delivering what many fans expected: chaos. Known for their aggressive style, the athletes faced off for nearly three full rounds, never once taking the fight to the ground, resulting in a great exchange of powerful blows.
After withstanding intense pressure from the American in the first 10 minutes, the Czech came out in the final round determined to live up to his favoritism and delivered a performance the former title challenger lacked the energy to sustain. Successfully landing strikes, Prochazka landed a fatal punch in the final minutes and finally, after much effort, managed to brutally knock out Rountree (watch below).
