The year 2015 will not leave good memories for Ron Jason. Champion of the first season of The Ultimate Fighter Brazil, the Ceará native, who is suspended by the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission after being caught doing anti-doping at UFC Goiânia, added yet another controversy to his record in the early hours of this Friday (22), when his license was seized and his car was towed during a “Dry Law” blitz in Natal (RN).

According to the website “Globo Esporte”, Rony was stopped by officers in an operation carried out near a nightclub in the South Zone of the capital of Rio Grande do Norte. When approached by the police, the UFC fighter refused to take the breathalyzer test, the popular “breathalyzer”, and ended up being administratively charged, in addition to having his National Driving License (CNH) withheld and his car towed.
Jason's situation could get even worse, since, according to the captain of the Military Police in Natal Styvenson Valentim, the athlete even demanded special treatment. “Instead of 'making waves', he should be setting an example, since he is an athlete. At 31, Ron Jason has a professional MMA record of 14 wins, five losses and one fight without result. First TUF Brazil champion, after beating Geoffrey Pepey In 2012, Jason has alternated victories and defeats in the octagon and is currently serving a nine-month suspension after being caught in an anti-doping test in May for using illegal diuretics before his victory over Damon Jackson at UFC Goiânia.
