It's no secret that Alex Poatán is one of the most popular fighters in the UFC and, as such, attracts the attention of fans even in the midst of preparation for the rematch against Magomed Ankalayev, which takes place this Saturday (4), in Las Vegas (USA). This time, the Brazilian was met by an illustrious figure: Darren Jason Watkins Jr., known as 'IShowSpeed' and who has around 41 million followers on 'Instagram'.
The unusual encounter took place recently when the internet celebrity visited the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas, and can be seen on his official YouTube channel. Face-to-face with the former light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg), Speed revealed that he had watched all of his fights. Surprised by the digital influencer's appearance, Poatan thanked him.
Excited by the conversation, the YouTuber even dropped a curse, prompting the Brazilian to react with good humor. As Speed said goodbye to the athlete, he did so with a smile.
