Once again, Bryce mitchell became embroiled in a controversy completely unrelated to the Octagon. After a series of statements seen as disrespectful by various groups around the world, the American was targeted by the organization 'StopAntisemitism' on Instagram. The organization, which seeks to expose people and companies with prejudiced positions, chose the fighter as its 'Antisemite of the Week' and shared the athlete's image on the social network, explaining the incidents in which 'Thugnasty' had recently been involved.

Apparently dissatisfied, Mitchell republished the artwork on his own Instagram on Thursday afternoon (25) and defended himself, stating that he was not a Nazi and using his religion as a basis for arguing his opinions about Jews.

“I love God and everyone in this world with all my heart, that is what Jesus commands Christians in Matthew 22, to love everyone and hate no one.

A few insults won't get you this award. A few mean tweets won't either. You have to know history and scripture and preach them so factually that the enemy is so frightened by the information you spew that they want to kill you. To truly be a high-level target, you have to be willing to give it all!! All your sponsors, your entire reputation, all your money, your family, and your life!! And I'm willing! I trust the Lord with our destiny! I don't care about my own life; I care about His plan.

Remember: spreading the Gospel correctly should anger the demons and bring them the sword, not peace. Fear not, no man can pluck you out of the Lord's hand. But they will overcome me, yes, they will overcome me; He will cast them down. Like chaff in the wind, they will vanish before my Lord," Mitchell stated in the post.

Bryce mitchell has become one of the most controversial names in MMA. In 2025, he had already shocked the world by praising Adolf Hitler and denying the Holocaust during the debut of his Espaitec's 'ArkanSanity', comments for which he later publicly apologized.

At the time, Dana White called the statements "disgusting," but said the organization would not take disciplinary action, out of respect for freedom of expression.

Mitchell has also stated that gravity doesn't exist, that NASA manipulates the public with fake images of space, and that the coronavirus was created in a laboratory to control society. He is also known for discriminatory comments against Indigenous people and the LGBTQIA+ community, and for denying historical tragedies based on conspiracy theories.
