Cris Cyborg and Renan Problema have title fights scheduled for December in the PFL

The PFL confirmed this Wednesday (24) that Cris Cyborg and Renan “Problema” Ferreira will have title fights in Lyon, France, on December 13. Cyborg will defend the featherweight title (up to 65,7 kg) against the undefeated Sara Collins in the co-main event, while Problema faces Vadim Nemkov in the main event for the heavyweight title (up to 120,2 kg).

Brazilian legend Cris Cyborg returns to MMA after a three-fight boxing stint, including two knockouts in March. Her last MMA appearance was a thrilling five-round decision victory against Larissa Pacheco , where she won the PFL title. Collins secured her title shot by submitting top contender Leah McCourt in less than a round in September 2024, and also has wins over Sinead Kavanagh and Pam Sorenson in the Bellator cage.

Nemkov is seeking the heavyweight gold after previously winning the Bellator light heavyweight title. He has two wins since moving up a weight class, defeating Timothy Johnson and Bruno Cappelozza . On the other side, Renan Problema is trying to recover after his loss to Francis Ngannou last October. The Brazilian had won the PFL heavyweight tournament in 2024, securing a title shot, but ended up losing to Ngannou's strikes in the first round.

In addition to the title fights, PFL Lyon will also feature the finals of the PFL Europe tournaments in the lightweight (up to 70,3 kg) and bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg) categories.
