Charles do Bronx was supposed to face Rafael Fiziev at UFC Rio, but his opponent ended up getting injured before the fight.

After injury to Raphael Fiziev leave the presence of Charles of the Bronx threatened at UFC Rio, the Brazilian already has an opponent set for the October 11 event. In a post shared with the official Ultimate accounts, the former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) reaffirmed his desire to compete in front of Brazilian fans and thanked Gamrot for his willingness, who is ranked eighth in the category and is coming off a victory against Ľudovít Klein in May of this year.
