Shara Magomedov returned to winning ways after his loss to Michael Page , dominating Marc-Andre Barriault on the main card of UFC Abu Dhabi . By unanimous decision, he reached his 16th victory in his career with only one loss last Saturday (26) fighting in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The Canadian reached his tenth victory. Barriault has nine losses recorded.

However, the victory wasn't achieved for free. In the second round, the 'Pirate' was caught in a counterattack by Barriault that immediately broke the Russian's nose. The octagon was covered in blood. Magomedov had to recover to win the duel.

After suffering a brutal nose fracture, 'Bullet' wasted no time. To resolve the injury, the fighter underwent surgery just hours after his victory. According to 'Red Corner MMA,' the athlete had to remain in the hospital this past week.
