Gregory Robocop put on a show! The Brazilian won Jack hermansson with a brutal knockout in the first round. The middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) landed a lethal cross that immediately knocked out his opponent in the last fight of the preliminary card of the UFC 317, this Saturday (28). The 'knockout' drove the crowd crazy at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas (USA).

After being defeated by Jared Cannonier In the previous fight, Robocop reached his 17th career victory. He said in an interview, still in the octagon, that losing to Jared, which was the sixth defeat of his career, taught him a lot.

Jack hermansson is going through a difficult time in the UFC. Oscillating between victories and defeats, he has lost his ninth fight in his career, while he has 24 victories on his record.

Dominance and brutal knockout

The duel started out well-planned. The first to land a blow was the Brazilian with a strong cross. Jabs were connected by the Brazilian soon after. Hermansson was moving around a lot. Dominating the center of the octagon, Robocop moved forward and cornered his opponent, taking advantage of the situation to land more blows. Back in the center of the cage, Gregory threw more punches, while Jack invested in leg kicks. The Brazilian landed good jabs. At four minutes and 20 seconds, Robocop knocked out his opponent with just one lethal left cross.

Joseph Delgado didn't even need two minutes to win Hyder Amil. The penultimate fight of the preliminary card started off very hot. Both fighters went at it with exchanges, high blows and knees. Delgado had the upper hand, but Amil countered well. Just one minute and 20 seconds into the fight, Jose combined a cross, an uppercut and a knee that knocked out his opponent and forced the referee to end the fight.

Delgado has now won his ninth career victory, with only one defeat on his record. The American has won seven fights in a row. Hyder Amil suffered the first defeat of his career. His record has eleven victories.
