Alex Cowboy accepts challenge and wins another in the UFC

'Never doubt a guy named Cowboy'. This is how the president of the UFC, Dana White, described the performance of Alex Cowboy, at the beginning of the month, after being called up at the last minute at UFC Fight Night 68, in Goiânia. With this responsibility, Alex was in the USA on a trip when he was invited at short notice to face Joe Merritt. With little preparation time and in a division above the one he is used to fighting in, he accepted the challenge and did not disappoint.

He put Gonzalez against the big guys to get the takedown. After connecting a few blows, the duel returned to the center of the octagon. At the end of the first part, Buscapé was still knocked down, but nothing that would affect his victory in the part.
