The Florida State Athletic Commission released the scholarships paid to athletes who participated in Strikeforce Miami, an event held last Saturday. The highest salaries went to the welterweight champion, Nick Diaz, who, by defeating Marius Zaromskis in the main fight of the night, pocketed 100 thousand dollars and for the former middleweight champion, Robbie Lawler, who by knocking out Melvin Manhoef pocketed the same amount.
