Tainara Lisboa returns undefeated from Thailand

Tainara Lisbon

Brazilian Tainara Lisboa has a lot to celebrate in 2010. The muay thai fighter left Brazil in October last year with 11 wins in 11 fights and went to train in Thailand to gain more knowledge and experience.

Outside of Brazil, Tainara competed in three events and won them all, leaving the country undefeated. First she defeated the Englishwoman Maria Thum, at Elite Fight Night, where she won the event's belt, then she beat the previously undefeated French champion Bakissi Laetitia in the main Thai event, the King's Cup and finally defeated the renowned German fighter Sabine Kern at The Champions Club.

PUBLICITY:

“This was just my first stop in Thailand, an incredible experience. The fact that my coach Sandro de Castro went with me and it was his third time there, at the same training camp, Romristhong Gym, made my adaptation a lot easier. Whenever our team is there they are treated very well, it feels like we are part of the same family, it is impressive. We will definitely be back there this year or early 2011”, says Tainara.
