Officially back in the UFC, Kyoji Horiguchi has no plans other than to fight for the belt in his career with the organization. Aware that his training partner and personal friend Alexandre pantoja He is the current flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg), the fighter dismisses any problems with the situation and sees the chance to make money with good eyes.
“I always wanted to come back to the UFC. Every time I was thinking about it. I need to get the belt. But my friend has a belt. It’s going to be a good fight. Yes (we are) fighters and friends. Friends can make good money. It’s going to be good. If we decide to fight, maybe (we will train) in separate rooms with a little more specific training,” Horiguchi told MMA Junkie.

Away from the organization for 10 years, Horiguchi who suffered only defeat to Demetrious Johnson in the UFC, he stated that he will be in an evolved version in the new phase to be covered.
“I know all the situations (now). I have improved a lot. I would like to try this technique in the UFC,” he said.
