In addition to the dispute for the vacant featherweight belt (up to 65,7 kg) between Alexander Volkanovsky e Diego lopes, UFC 314 has as one of its main attractions the long-awaited premiere of Patrick Pitbull, the greatest fighter in Bellator history, in the Ultimate octagon.
In an interview with the American 'ESPN', the potiguar, who faces the former interim featherweight champion Yair Rodriguez in the second fight of the main card this Saturday (12), fans' expectations for the duel increased even more.

The fighter from Rio Grande do Norte, however, downplayed the age issue and stated that he intends to prove himself to be the best featherweight in the sport.
“Some people in the UFC have questioned my age, but if you look at the weight class, there aren’t many young guys in the top 15. (…) I make every sacrifice to be in the best shape I can. No one has the focus I have. I’ve always been confident that I’m the best featherweight in the world. Now I can prove it,” he concluded.
