Less than two weeks away from facing Jean Silva in the octagon of UFC 314, on April 12th, Bryce mitchell can't stay away from controversy. About two months after being forced to publicly apologize for praising none other than Adolf Hitler, the American featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) has once again mentioned the German dictator.

In a recent appearance on YouTuber 'MMA Guru's' podcast, Mitchell began by making harsh attacks on MMA journalists and the press as a whole.

“Those who call themselves journalists are not journalists. They are bought and paid for. They are told what needs to be done, they have to bow down and only ask how much. They do not form their own opinions. They are cowards! If any of them are not cowards, invite me on your show. I will debate these sons of b***hes and make them look like fools, because their knowledge is inferior. I base my confidence on my knowledge and my knowledge comes from my research,” he said.

The UFC featherweight's outrage is largely due to the most recent controversy he has been involved in, as he deliberately praised and downplayed the damage caused by Adolf Hitler. Even after publicly apologizing for what happened, the American returned to talking about the German dictator.

“I tell the truth! I have German ancestry and I’m not afraid to talk about it. I never said Hitler was perfect, but I am saying there is more to history than what you learn in school. I’m not afraid to talk about the ancestry of my people. Yes, Hitler did some stupid things, he invaded Russia in the winter! That was after meth. What I want to say is that I never hurt anyone. I never hated anyone. I never produced hate speech, you’ll never find that. Anyone who wants to debate me can come and be polite,” he concluded.

Bryce mitchell faces Jean Silva on the main card of UFC 314, on April 12, in Miami, in the United States.
