But before raising her arms, Godinez starred in a hilarious – and at the same time desperate – scene during the fight. In the interval between the second and third round, she was caught on camera telling her trainers that she needed to use the bathroom to do the famous 'number two'.
“I need to poop,” Godinez said. (see below)

Her coach appeared taken aback and stifled a laugh, before her team reminded her that she only had to hold out for five more minutes. The moment immediately gained traction on social media, with some fans jokingly giving the fighter a new nickname of 'Poopy Godinez'. However, she weathered the call of nature and emerged with a victory that puts her back in contention in the women's strawweight division (up to 52,1kg).
Later, Godinez sent a humorous video saying that he had managed to go to the bathroom and that everything was fine.
“Hi everyone, thank you so much for your support. I felt the energy — it was incredible. For anyone who was worried or concerned about me needing to use the bathroom, I have now done so, and we are all fine. Thank you so much!” (see below)

With the setback suffered, Julia ended up losing the opportunity to enter the strawweight rankings and achieve her second consecutive victory in the UFC. At 27 years old, Polastri suffered the fifth defeat in her career and will need to get back on track to get closer to the top 15 again.
