Even though he promised to stay away from social media by 2025, Sean O'Malley is not letting opportunities for engagement slip away. Away from the octagon since September, when he lost the bantamweight belt (up to 61,2 kg.) to Merab Dvalishvili, the American found an interesting way to get the attention of his followers while recovering from hip surgery.

Always connected to the main internet trends, the American decided to publish a video on his social networks this Thursday (27) in which he shows his 'routine' each morning. Several influencers have made versions of the trends, in which activities are shown as the morning hours pass.

In a humorous tone, the activities carried out by O'Malley throughout the video include the participation of one of his friends, who plays a sort of servant, in order to parody influencers. In one of the sections, the 'employee' even carries the fighter on his back down a flight of stairs.
Former UFC champion O'Malley is expected to get a rematch for the title

As much as it was largely dominated by Georgian in the UFC 306 and has not fought since then, the possibility of a second chapter of the rivalry happening upon his return is real. Just over a month ago, Dana White has confirmed the intention of giving the American one more opportunity to defeat Merab Dvalishvili. The current champion is coming off a victory against Umar Nurmagomedov in January.
