Main commentator for the Ultimate and owner of the biggest podcast in the world, Joe Rogan announced that he will not appear on UFC 315, which takes place on May 10th and has as its main fight the welterweight title dispute between Belal Muhammad | e Jack Della Maddalena. The reason for the decision, however, is curious. The American refuses to attend the event because he does not agree with the measures taken by the country's government.

During last Saturday (22), in the last edition of the podcast The Joe Rogan Experience, which had the participation of the former fighter Brendan Schaub, Eddie Bravo and Gordon Ryan, the commentator briefly explained that he had no interest in visiting the country.
“They have a terrible government. I’m not going to Canada anymore. I’d rather go to Russia,” he said with a laugh.

In an attempt to delve deeper into the case, Rogan cited a conversation with the current President of the United States, Donald Trump, about a hypothetical merger of Canada with the US.
“I had a conversation with Trump about it. He said, ‘I started calling you Governor Trudeau just for fun, and a lot of people were saying that was a good idea, like, maybe it’s a good idea, a lot of people say that,” Joe Rogan concluded, also jokingly.
