Chosen as the best MMA team of the 2024 season, Fighting Nerds has everything to repeat the feat in 2025. The team, which will be in full force in UFC 314, has its fighters increasingly better ranked and, if it depends on Flávio Álvaro's demands, it will dominate the entire UFC.

In video published by Carlos Prates On YouTube, one of the team's main coaches appears scolding his fighters, including the welterweight (up to 77kg) smoker and the Polish Michal Oleksiejczuk, which come into action in the UFC 314, scheduled for the 12th.

“Let me tell you something: don’t mess around in training, kicking around, bro. Do it like you would in a fight! The way you kick in a fight is the way you have to kick here. If you’re just messing around, kicking around like that, when it comes to the fight, you won’t be able to do shit. Stop boycotting yourselves, give it your all, work hard, put some energy into this shit, my brother!” said Flávio Álvaro.

Fighting Nerds will be present at UFC 314 with three athletes: Carlos Prates, which faces Geoff neal; Jean Silva, that give me strength com Bryce mitchell; is Michal Oleksiejczuk, who prepared in Brazil to fight against Sedriques Dumas.
