With victory, Sean brady reaches victory number 18 of his career. He has only one setback. This was the fifth defeat of Leon edwards. The former welterweight champion (up to 77kg.) has 22 fights won in his career and one I didn't answer.
Sean Brady didn't let Leon Edwards 'breathe'
Without touching gloves, the fight began with an exchange. Only after a few seconds did it take on the appearance of initial studies. It didn't take long for blows to be connected. After a minute, Leon clinched in the center of the octagon. When they separated, Brady landed two good straight punches. In the middle of the first round, another clinch. Brady worked knees and Edwards landed an elbow on the way out. The round was all about alternating between exchanges and clinch. At the end of the round, Sean managed to land a takedown.
The second round went to the ground again right at the beginning, with Sean brady dominating. Within a minute, the American gained his opponent's back. While he was unable to close the choke, he landed good blows to the Englishman's head. When he got on top, Brady's attempt was a kimura, which Edwards barely defended. Then, Sean gained his back again. Elbows and punches found 'Rocky's' head. The round ended after five minutes of domination by Sean brady in floor.
The third stage started with a cliché. When he found the distance, Edwards tried a double leg. But he left his neck. Again Brady dominated on the ground. He continued working the ground and pound like the previous round. The American attacked without losing control of the ground. Sean brady presented a ground and pound strong the whole time. At the end of the round, with his back to the ground, Sean tried the choke once again while on his opponent's back.
As expected, Sean brady went down early in the fourth round. He fell into half guard and continued his dominance throughout the duel. Soon after, a guillotine choke was Leon edwards to knock.
