In the co-main fight of UFC London, scheduled for next Saturday (22), Jan Blachowicz e Carlos Ulberg face each other in an important generational duel for the light heavyweight division (up to 93kg). Despite the former Polish champion bringing experience to the octagon, Caio Borralho pointed out the reasons that make the training partner Israel adesanya the favorite for the fight.
In a video published on his YouTube channel, Borralho analyzed the co-main fight of the UFC London and praised Ulberg, highlighting his physical strength and skills. The Fighting Nerds star reinforced that Blachwicz is a former champion who deserves respect, however, for this fight the New Zealander seems to be in a better phase.
“The guy is coming to destroy everyone, he has a very heavy hand, he is big, strong, he trains there at City Kickboxing with Israel adesanya and really deserves it. He's doing a great job. He's going to face his first high-level opponent, which is Jan Blachowicz, former champion of the category, and it really is no joke. If it were in other times, I would go with Blachowicz, but perhaps today Ulberg is more prepared, is in a better phase, with a much heavier hand. So, I see him winning by knockout”, said Borralho.
Jan Blachowicz comes into action in UFC London after a hiatus of almost two years in his career. The Polish man stepped into the octagon for the last time in his defeat to Alex Poatan No. UFC 291. Already Carlos Ulberg remains very active and is on a streak of seven consecutive victories in the biggest MMA organization in the world.
