TUF Brasil 4: Dileno Lopes submits Bruno Bulldog and Shogun team makes it 3×0

The manauara  Dileno Lopes is the second semi-finalist of TUF Brasil 4 among bantamweights. The athlete on the team Mauricio Shogun finished Bruno Bulldog, from the brothers team Rodrigo Minotauro e Rogério Minotouro, with a guillotine right at the beginning of the fight and guaranteed a place in the next phase. The result increased Shogun's advantage over the Nogueira brothers to 3-0.

The program

This Sunday's episode started in a different way than the previous ones. After a quick retrospective of past chapters, returning to reprise the departure of Anderson Silva of TUF Brasil 4, the program did not show training or preparation. But a get-together inside the house.

The candidates for TUF Brasil 4 muses visited the athletes for a party. Afterwards, training for the fight between Dileno and Bulldog began. The man from Manaus told his life story, how he started in MMA and revealed his desire to be like his fellow countryman José Aldo, UFC champion.

In turn, Bruno revealed that his start in the world of fighting happened in a very unusual way. Bulldog was a sales representative for supplements and after reaching a sales target, he received a visit to the brothers' Team Nogueira gym. Rodrigo Minotauro e Rogério Minotouro. He asked Minotauro to train with the team and impressed the former UFC champion with a sequence of five somersaults.

The fight

After stepping on the scale and confirming the duel, Dileno and Bulldog had different strategies. The Nogueira team representative wanted to keep the fight standing and use his striking, while the Shogun team member bet on the ground fight.

As soon as the fight started, Dileno didn't want to touch gloves, as usual among athletes, and already threw a blow on approach. Bulldog responded with several kicks. Team representative Nogueira varied his strikes well at medium distance and caused difficulties for Lopes. However, following an entry by Dileno, Bruno accepted the clinch game and reached his rival's back.

Despite the disadvantaged position, the Shogun team representative managed to reverse, land a standing guillotine choke and end the fight in the first round.

with the victory of Dileno Lopes he joins his teammate Matheus Nicolau as a semifinalist in the program among bantamweights. Among the lightweights, the Argentine Nazareno Malegarie, also from the Shogun team, is also among the four best in the competition.

with the victory of Dileno Lopes, the red team continued with the right to choose the fight. To represent his team, the coach Mauricio Shogun called Glaico Nego. The commander passed the right of choice to his athlete who he called Nikolas Motta. The duel is worth a place in the program's semifinals.
