Even having to go through Diego lopes to regain the UFC featherweight belt, Alexander Volkanovsky already has a future opponent in mind. The Australian would like to measure forces with the Russian Movsar Evloev.

In a recent interview with reporter Ariel Helwani, Volkanovski recognized the achievements of Evloev, who is undefeated as a professional, having already won his own Diego lopes and occupies the fourth position in the category ranking, in addition to guaranteeing that he would face him shortly after the UFC 314.

“I'm telling you I'm going to go out there and I'm going to win the belt and I'm going to challenge (Movsar Evloev), so he can probably wait if he wants. I'm going to win this title and I'm going to fight him three months later, just tell me the date we can do it and I'll call the shots that night… I think Movsar definitely deserves it,” said the Australian.
