The details of the main fight of the UFC 313 continue to attract the attention of fans all over the world. A video made by ESPN MMA and recorded from the audience angle just moments before Alex Poatán stepping into the octagon to defend the light heavyweight belt (up to 93 kg) recorded a curious reaction from one of the team members Magomed Ankalayev.

In the video, it is possible to identify that at the moment the Brazilian makes his characteristic signal of throwing an arrow towards his opponent, one of the Russian's training partners gestures as if he were catching the “arrow” in the middle of its trajectory and throwing it to the ground.
Alongside his teammate was Sukhrab Magomedov, the Russian's head coach. The coach's role was fundamental in Ankalaev's performance throughout the 25-minute fight, in which he ended up winning Poatan by unanimous decision.

Another opponent of Poatan also made the same gesture.
This wasn't the first time Poatan had come across someone mocking his entrance to the octagon. Jamahal hill, against whom the Brazilian had an intense rivalry, reacted in a similar way while waiting for the Brazilian in the main fight of the UFC 300, in April of last year. Unfortunately for the American, he ended up being knocked out by the São Paulo native in the first round on that occasion.
