At 38, Elizeu is one of the oldest welterweights. He is also among the UFC athletes with the most MMA fights and said this has allowed him to refine his training to ensure maximum preparation.
“It was one of the best camps ever. No injuries. I'm in great shape physically, I'm in great shape mentally. It was incredible,” he said.
