Elizeu Capoeira is eager to perform in the second most important fight of UFC Vegas 104. The Brazilian faces Chidi Njokuani in a welterweight bout (up to 77kg). During a press conference at 'media day' , the fighter spoke about his confidence for the event.

“I was very happy (with the fight). A good opponent makes a good fight. I am very excited for this fight,” Capoeira told reporters.
At 38, Elizeu is one of the oldest welterweights. He is also among the UFC athletes with the most MMA fights and said this has allowed him to refine his training to ensure maximum preparation.
“It was one of the best camps ever. No injuries. I'm in great shape physically, I'm in great shape mentally. It was incredible,” he said.
Elizeu Capoeira also analyzed his opponent, Njokuani. Based on the Brazilian's perspective, a good fight is coming.
“ He’s a striker, he’s a banger like me, and he likes to fight. But I see a lot of good opportunities. He’s also a black belt, so if we go down that path, we’re good too,” he explained.
