Raphael Fiziev did not shake after losing for the second time to Justin gaethje in the lightweight duel (up to 70,3kg.), in the UFC 313. The Kazakh has already started to think about a change of scenery and, earlier this week, the fighter suggested the possibility of his next fight being at featherweight (up to 65,7 kg). The idea gained strength this Wednesday (12).

Fiziev posted a photo on his official Instagram stories alongside UFC Business Director Hunter Campbell. The caption creates some anticipation. 'Good news coming soon,' wrote the fighter with a three-fight losing streak in the organization.

Fiziev breaks the silence
hours later, Raphael Fiziev posted – also on Instagram – a long statement about his defeat to Justin gaethje on Saturday (8). In it, the athlete revealed that 'for the first time in my life, I entered the battle smiling'.
'Being absolutely relaxed, of course, naturally, as always, I sincerely enjoyed every second of the fight. Knowing who is watching me and who I represent and what will happen to me for this and it was a great honor! It is an honor to see the emotions of my true brothers supporting me, not because I am a UFC fighter, but because we have the same blood in our veins, the blood of the followers of the family of His Eminence the Messenger of Allah Muhammad,' Fiziev wrote in part of the post.
Regarding the defeat, Fiziev wrote: 'Of course, I was just going for victory and was confident in my strength and abilities, but it didn't work out and it's very sad, but I will deal with it and come back.'
