Cast to star UFC Kansas City on April 26, Jamahal hill predicts good chances of returning to winning ways after facing Khalil rountree. Aware that his opponent has a violent style, the former light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) claims to have characteristics that allow him to take advantage of the posture displayed by his compatriot in the octagon.
“What I like about the fight is that he’s a popular name right now. So a lot of people are liking him. He’s had some exciting fights and he’s an exciting fighter. He comes to fight, and my skill set and what I do really well are things that he’s not prepared for. You know, the things that I do well, I don’t think he does as well as I do. I think my game is very, very open in this fight,” Hill told Anthony Smith.
As he continued speaking, Jamahal indicated his intention to make his rival lose his way in his own specialty.
“Yes (he is predictable). He is explosive, hits hard, comes forward and believes in his ability to finish. I believe those are all things I will be able to turn against him,” he concluded.

Knocked out in his last two appearances, Jamahal hill makes clear his intention to have another opportunity to fight for the belt in the category. The crucial fight against Rountree takes place on April 26 and if he wins, the path could bring him closer to the current champion Magomed Ankalayev.
