Defeated by Gian Villante, Corey Anderson says he suffered an injury to his mouth in the first minute of the fight

UFC on FOX 15, held last Saturday (18), will leave bad memories for Corey anderson. At the event, the American, TUF 19 champion, lost his unbeaten record in MMA when he suffered a technical knockout to Gian Villante. Furthermore, the fight left marks, with an ugly bruise on his mouth that the athlete made a point of showing off on his account. Instagram.

Anderson, 25 years old, posted the photo that shows all of his injured lower teeth and explained how it all happened. “After the fight, the damage. Putting my teeth back into place and taking care of the laceration and hole in my lip/chin. It all happened in the first minute of the fight,” he explained. In the hashtaghs, the fighter stated that he injured six teeth, received eight stitches and joked that the dentist who treated him was his fan.

With the result, Anderson has a record of five wins and one setback. Villante, training partner of the UFC middleweight champion, Chris Weidman, reaches 13-5.
