O UFC Saudi Arabia, held last Saturday (1), brought impactful changes to the UFC rankings in an update promoted this Tuesday (4), mainly in relation to the middleweight category (up to 83,9 kg), which underwent relevant changes both at the front, with the victory of Nassourdine Imavov about Israel adesanya, as in the last positions, with the first setback of the 'Pirate' career Shara Magomedov.
The change in the front platoon was simple: Nassourdine Imavov e Israel adesanya exchanged positions. Victorious, the Frenchman overtook Khamzat Shimaev inherited second place from 'Izzy', who, in turn, dropped to fourth place in the category led by Dricus du Plessis.

The bottom of the middleweight top 15 saw some more complex changes. After suffering the first loss of his career at the hands of Michael 'Venom' Page, the 'Pirate' Shara Magomedov was removed from the ranking, as was the Swedish one Jack hermansson, who was not involved in last weekend's event. To fill the vacancies left open by the duo, the Russian was promoted Roman Kopylov, for 14th place, and the American promise BoNickal, closing the list in 15th.
