“Everyone here saw it, it wasn’t a withdrawal,” said the American, angry, in the post-fight interview.

“He is a wrestling champion and I respect him, but I am a two-time jiu-jitsu world champion. My coaches told me to believe in my jiu-jitsu and I did. Joe Warren shouted. He has to admit that it was a verbal withdrawal”, replied the Brazilian in the interview whilst still in the fighting area.
