Francis Ngannou gave Manchester United fans a scare after joking with goalkeeper Andre Onana, who is also from Cameroon. A video that went viral on the internet shows the former UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) taking down the English team's star on the Old Trafford pitch.

Ngannou was one of the guests of honour to watch Manchester United beat Bodo/Glimt 3-2 in the Europa League on Thursday night (28). After the match, he met up with his compatriot for a photo shoot on the pitch. But what seemed like an innocent 'fan-sitting' turned into a scene that worried the English team's fans. The fighter took Onana down and rolled with him in a grappling exchange, before throwing a few fake punches and eventually letting him get up. (see below)

The goalkeeper is a key player for United and any kind of injury would leave the team in trouble. The news page Utdreport reposted the video on 'X' (formerly Twitter) with the caption: 'Francis Ngannou 'crushing Andre Onana at Old Trafford'. In the comments, fans were keen to laugh at the clip, but some were concerned for the goalkeeper.
'Breaking news: Andre Onana is out for the next decade due to everything broken,' joked one fan, with another adding: 'Francis, brother, I love you. But he's our only good goalie, please.'
Others commented on how a 1,93'115" and XNUMX-pound man was able to pull off such a maneuver gracefully and safely. "It's disturbing how smoothly Francis did this for a guy his size," one wrote.
McGregor and Arsenal
A similar incident occurred recently involving the controversial Irish fighter Conor McGregor and Manchester United's rivals Arsenal. At the Emirates Stadium, 'The Notorious' got a little too close with a few shots towards Bukayo Saka. An investigation was initiated by the Premier League side after the fact, and new protocols were imposed at the club.
