UFC 310 main card fighter reveals personal drama before stepping into the octagon

nate landwehr goes to the octagon on December 7th with the pain of a recent fight fought outside the cage. Landwehr revealed that his wife, Robyn, suffered a miscarriage. A personal issue that will be on his mind in the UFC 310. The featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) will face Doo ho choi at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

“It’s like a fight, man. You just have to keep fighting. We had to go through IVF vitro. We ended up with X amount of embryos that were viable. We had five boys and one girl embryo. We tried to put the girl in a little bit earlier. She took, but she didn't make it. Her name was going to be June Marie. I think about it. All the things that could have been... you start scheming and planning and then God laughs at you like, 'I have a plan for you,' and it just wasn't meant to be." Nate told 'MMA Junkies'.

“It should have been do or die in that last round. Every fight I’ve been in has been a bonus except for that fight. I tried to make up for that in my last fight, I was hyper-aggressive, I started fighting, I took a little bit more damage. I’m going to try to protect myself this time, but I’m going to come out shooting, fighting, and we’ll see what happens,” said the fighter.
