In an interview with the American YouTube channel, 'Submission Radio', the champion speculated how a fight with the former owner of the belt in the category above could unfold.

PUBLICITY:

“I would literally slap him. When I think of tough fights, Sean is not one of them. He beats a lot of guys with cardio; I have better cardio than him. He beats a lot of guys with punches; I have better boxing than him. They don’t fight him smart. So I think I break him with pressure and honestly, I’m going to make it look easy,” Muhammad said.

However, the fighter stated that he intends to defend his title a few times before facing opponents weighing 84 kg, making clear his desire to face the North American.

PUBLICITY:

“One of these guys either has to fight each other or beat Kamaru (Usman) or someone like that. Or it could be Kamaru, and then I guess I could start talking about someone else because I had to come a long way to get here. But I think after two (fights) I can start talking about it (moving up in weight). It just depends on who’s the champion or who’s up there. Because if it’s Sean, I would definitely want that fight, and I would beg for it,” he concluded.
