Bate-Estaca calls for the return of former UFC champion and suggests the creation of the women's BMF title

Known for not hesitating to accept challenges proposed by the UFC, Jessica Pile Driver believes she has the credentials to compete for the BMF belt, a title that points to the company's 'toughest man'. Although there is currently only a men's version, the Brazilian suggested creating a women's version and invited Joanna Jedrzejczyk to return to activities and take revenge.

“I’ve been talking to Joanna and she said she would come back. If it’s for that belt (BMF), she would come back. I think it would be a good fight. Joanna, or maybe Angela Hill, who never backs down from a fight and is always there fighting with everyone. Or Valentina (Shevchenko). Any of those girls would be great, but I think it would be special if it was Joanna. It would be better,” Jessica said in an interview with MMA Fighting.

“(Jedrzejczyk) said she would fight at flyweight, not strawweight, and that would be even better for me because I feel very comfortable in that division as well. I wouldn’t be affected too much by the weight cut or anything like that. I think we would put on a show and have an incredible fight, and I would get that fight back,” she concluded.

Rivals in 2017 when they fought for the strawweight belt, Joanna and Jessica faced each other for 25 minutes in the octagon. With greater control of the distance and ease in landing blows, the Polish fighter managed to triumph in the judges' decision and retain her title. Currently, Jedrzejczyk has been out since her defeat to Weili Zhang in 2022.
