The expectation for the fight between Francis Ngannou e Renan Problem at the PFL, scheduled for October 19, was already huge. The debut of the former UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) in his new home promised to be one of the most anticipated events of the year. However, a simple photo shoot was able to change the focus of fans' attention.
During the promotional photo shoot, the difference in size between the two fighters caught everyone's attention. Accustomed to seeing Ngannou as imposing and dominant, some fans were surprised to notice that the Brazilian looked significantly larger. The image quickly went viral on social media.

Some fans have attributed the size difference to the camera angle, arguing that the perspective may have distorted the athletes' proportions. Others, however, believe that Ngannou, despite his strength, may have met his match physically.

Controversy between Ngannou and Renan Problem
The controversy gained even more strength after the statements of Renan Problem at the press conference. The PFL heavyweight champion did not mince his words and stated that Ngannou will face the biggest challenge of his career. His comments, made at a delicate time for his rival, who recently lost his son, generated several reactions on social media.
Later, in contact with the SUPER FIGHTS, Problema explained that the intention was to remember Francis' defeat against Anthony Joshua by knockout in boxing, without any reference to the tragedy in the French-Cameroonian's personal life.
