Rafael dos Anjos takes the lead in the lightweight rankings; Gadelha debuts second in strawweight

Two Brazilians who had very different results last Saturday (13), at UFC on FOX 13, experienced similar emotions when the official rankings were updated this Monday (15). Rafael dos Anjos, which hit Nate diaz indisputably, and Claudinha gadelha, who suffered a controversial defeat to Joanna Jedrzejczyk, stood out in the new listing and appeared at the top of their respective categories.

Rafael, who was confirmed by President Dana White as the next challenger for the lightweight belt, took first place in the category, behind only the champion Anthony Pettis. Claudinha is second in the inaugural ranking of the strawweight category, which met its first champion last Friday (12), being succeeded precisely by Joanna Jedrzejczyk and the belt holder Carla esparza.

The first list of fighters in the women's bantamweight division also brought another Brazilian among the top fifteen. This is Ju Thai, from Minas Gerais, which occupies the twelfth position.
