Despite experiencing a great moment in his career and being backed by two consecutive victories, Carlston 'Mozambique' Harris is seen as an underdog to fight against Khaos Williams. Scheduled to face the North American this Saturday (18), at UFC Las Vegas 92, the athlete who represents Brazil in its fights, promises to achieve another victory on the fast track.

“I had an excellent camp. I'm getting into my best shape for this fight. It's going to be a war, because the Kalinn Williams not just anyone. He likes striking, he's a fighter, and he has blood in his eyes. I need to hold back his momentum at the beginning, because he is very explosive. But nothing that will make me uncomfortable. At RFT we train to be able to face any situation. I hope to take advantage of the opportunity he gives me to end the fight quickly,” said Harris.

Known as its flagship in grappling, Mozambique believes that its rival will not want to venture onto the ground during the confrontation.

“He will definitely avoid the ground game with me. He will try to pressure me and may even try to take me down, but if I go to the ground, I believe he will get up to continue the fight with striking. But wherever the fight takes place, that's great for me. I train for all fight situations, I am a complete fighter. But, from start to finish, I need to pay attention. It's going to be a war, but I have the weapons to win it. He raises some concern, but nothing that will make me uncomfortable. Whoever manages to impose the strategy first will win this duel”, he concluded.
