Argentinian regrets lack of bonus after scary knockout at UFC St. Louis

Esteban Ribovics admits frustration with Ultimate's attitude, but adopts optimistic thinking about the future; athlete defeated Terrance McKinney

Responsible for one of the biggest victories at UFC St. Louis, Esteban Ribovics didn't hold back when expressing frustration at not receiving a 'Performance of the Night' bonus after knocking out terrance mckinney. Aware of the size of his achievement, the Argentine regretted the absence of 250 thousand reais more in his bank account, but showed optimism that he will be rewarded in the future.

“I couldn't believe it. What else did I need to do? I'm not going to say it was a boring event up until that point, because there were good fights, but there wasn't the excitement of a knockout like that until my fight. Obviously, I was a little disappointed, but other good things will come from this knockout. I’m sure I’ll have more opportunities to prove that I deserve a bonus,” said Ribovics in an interview with MMAJunkie.

A favorite at the bookmakers, the Argentine needed little time to live up to his status against his rival. Known for his talent in stand-up fighting, Ribovics landed a clean high kick to McKinney's face and immediately took him to the canvas. With this feat, the athlete achieved his second victory in the organization and seventh knockout in his career.

On the other hand, the Brazilian Carlos Diego Ferreira e Carlos Ulberg they were awarded bonuses after resounding victories over their opponents. The 'Fight of the Night' award went to Billy Golf and Trew Watters, who put on a real war in the Octagon.
