New UFC favorite, Diego Lopes celebrates meteoric rise at the event: 'Dream...believe'

One of the highlights of the star-studded card of UFC 300, featherweight (up to 65,7kg) Diego lopes he did not hide his enthusiasm with the rapid rise achieved in the organization. On his Twitter, the Brazilian fighter recalled that his debut in Ultimate took place less than a year ago and celebrated the fact that it was part of a historic event for the company.

“11 months ago, I debuted in the UFC. 10 days left until my fourth fight… UFC 300 and today they announce that I will be in the UFC video game. Dreams come true. Dream, believe, make it happen”, wrote Diego.

Signed by Ultimate in 2023, Diego debuted with a defeat, but with a good performance, against the ranked Moslar Evloev. Soon after, the Brazilian had two consecutive victories, over Gavin tucker e pat sabatini, both via submission in the first round. At 29 years old, Lopes has an MMA record of 23 wins and six losses.
