Chris Weidman opens the door to a rematch against Bruno Blindado: 'if the UFC wants'

After great repercussion due to the controversial result of the duel against Bruno Blindado at UFC Atlantic City, Chris Weidman opened the doors to hold a second fight in the organization. Despite both having received medical suspension for an indefinite period, the North American declared that if it is Ultimate's desire to hold the rematch, he will be in agreement.

“If the UFC wants a rematch of this fight, of course. But I would be happy to move on. It's nothing to do with fear (…) whatever, if they want a rematch that's fine, I'm open to that. My heart goes out to Bruno, I know he's frustrated, it's shit, but... He fought me for 13 minutes and was losing the fight. So I do not know. If they want to schedule a rematch, of course,” said Weidman in an interview with 'The MMA Hour'.
