The UFC champion, Ronda Rousey, once again harshly criticized his great rival outside the ring Chris Cyborg, with whom he has exchanged heavy barbs for some time. Even though the two fighters do not work in the same organization, the North American often attacks the Brazilian for her past involving banned substances, and this time she made a threat to Cyborg if she confirms the move to the UFC.

Rousey believes that Cyborg tarnishes the image of women's MMA, and, therefore, it is her duty to defeat the Brazilian if one day a fight between them takes place. “This sport deserves a champion who is much better than her. If she tries to undo all the work I've done, I'll try to kill her with my own hands. The only person who will stop me will be the referee,” Rousey said, according to the North American website “Bleacher Report”.

Cyborg would fight in the same category as Rousey, bantamweight, on December 5th, at the Invicta 10 event. However, the Brazilian injured her ankle and was removed from the fight, which raised Ronda's suspicions. “She was the one who found a doctor who said she would die if she weighed 61 kg. So, just because the UFC doesn't want to take that risk, she needs to make that weight in another event to prove that she can make the weight. And then she says she got hurt? If her definition of injury is 'I took too many steroids and I can't make weight,' then she must be injured to get **** right now,” she fired back.

“She is a fraud and is terrible for the sport. And if they bring her to the UFC, it's my responsibility to send her away so she can't ruin women's MMA again. But I don't think she has the right to compete. Using doping substances in MMA is equivalent to going in there with a gun”, continued the champion.
