The discussion around who is the greatest fighter of all time in MMA is not unanimous and greatly divides the opinion of fans. The choice of many, Georges St-Pierre has, however, clearly defined in his head who he considers to be the greatest athlete in the history of mixed martial arts: Jon Jones.
During his appearance on the 'Pound 4 Pound' podcast, the welterweight legend (up to 77,1 kg) did not sit on the fence and pointed out the current UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) as the biggest of Everytime.

“It's hard to find someone better than Jon Jones. Jon Jones He's extremely talented, but he's also extremely tough. People have no idea how tough he is. I’ve trained with him and it’s crazy how tough he is,” said the Canadian.
In St-Pierre's opinion, the union between Bones' talent and 'thick skin' makes him an obvious candidate for the best of all time.
“I remember the fight against Vitor belfort, that he had his arm dislocated and fought like that. Even in another case his toe was broken. Most of the time, when you have a guy that talented, he's not that tough. Jon Jones has the complete package. He has elite striking, elite grappling, he is good in all areas. It’s hard to argue against,” he concluded.
