Instead, Dana White announced in the early hours of this Thursday (28), through video published on a social network, that the Russian will face his compatriot Sergei Pavlovich at UFC Saudi Arabia, on June 22nd.
Sources close to Jailton Malhadinho confirmed to SUPER FIGHTS that the Brazilian had already signed the contract to face Alexander Volkov at UFC 302. With the sudden change in plans, the expectation is that the Brazilian will remain in the event on June 01st against a new rival, not yet defined.
