Athletic Commission defines referee for the title fight between Alex Poatan and Jamahal Hill at UFC 300

Herb Dean will be the third man present in the Octagon during the title fight between Alex Poatán e Jamahal hill No. UFC 300. In a meeting this Tuesday, the Nevada Athletic Commission, through its executive director Jeff Mullen, selected the veteran referee for the main fight of the event that takes place on April 13, at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas.

In addition to the duel referee, the Nevada Athletic Commission also defined the three judges responsible for scoring the duel between Poatan and Hill: Derek Cleary, Sal D'Amato and Ron McCarthy.

In the co-main fight of the event, the strawweight belt dispute (up to 52,1 kg) between the Chinese Weili Zhang e yan xiaonan also had the officers defined. Jason Herzog will be the referee, while Mike Bell, Ben Cartlidge and Chris Lee will be the scoring judges.

In addition to Poatan x Hill and Zhang x Xiaonan, the UFC 300 highlights the 'BMF' belt dispute between Justin gaethje, current holder of the title, and Max Holloway, challenger. This dispute, however, has not yet had arbitration defined by the Athletic Commission, just like the other fights at the event.

O UFC 300 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas, in the United States, on April 13th. With three confirmed title fights, the event has 12 champions or former champions scheduled for the event, which promises to be the biggest in the organization's history.
